You can place an order on our website or mobile app. Simply add the items to your cart and proceed to the checkout then pay.

Delivery times vary depending on your location, but all orders are delivered within 2-hours! 

Shops are shown based on location. If you’re outside of their shipping radius, unfortunately, you won’t be able to order from them.

Delivery

In most cases, we are unable to make changes to an order after it has been placed. However, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

You can track your order by logging into your account on our website or app, going to your account and selecting orders. Here you’ll see where it is.

We don’t currently offer returns for deliveries however, if you’d like to return it or get an exchange, you can contact the store directly.

All our deliveries are for same-day 2-hour delivery. We currently don’t support specific-time delivery. This is something we may bring in, in the future.

If there is no response when the delivery driver attempts to deliver your order, they will attempt to get in contact with you and wait 10 minutes before returning your package back to the store. In this event, you’ll have to arrange for delivery to be completed yourself.

The delivery fee depends on different factors but mainly the distance from the store. Deliveries start from just £5.99! We do have a service fee which covers our charges for third-party payment systems.

Delivery is currently available in Sheffield, however, we are constantly looking for new places to expand into so keep your eyes peeled 👀.

Yes. Our independent riders and drivers are all hand-picked through a series of screening methods: Background checks. Driving licence, insurance and driving history checks.

VIP & Discounts

Samdai VIP memberships give members access to discounts at the best places to wear fashion out. It also gives members free delivery’s on selected orders. Depending on the membership selected, determines the number of free deliveries given.

You can become a VIP member by subscribing on our mobile app on the subscription page.

VIP members receive exclusive discounts on select items and brands, as well as access to special sales and promotions. For a full list of discounts, check here.

You can use your VIP discount by logging into your account on our mobile app. If the discount is redeemable in person, simply show your digital card at the venue. If the discount is online, copy the code shown on your card.

Your membership renews automatically monthly. You will get a month’s membership once your membership renews.
