You need to go to our online membership checkout page, add the membership you purchased, then add the LAST FIVE digits of your card number into the coupon section! The membership will now be FREE and allow you to register.
You have 2 choices: The standard VIP membership for £9.99 per year, giving you online and in store discounts OR the Samdai Ambassador membership for £24.99 which gives you 2 membership cards, and a unique discount code to earn commission!
You get 2 membership cards with all the same benefits as the VIP membership. You also get a unique discount code for friends and family to use! Every time someone purchases a membership using your code, you get £1 and you also have milestones that reward you along the way such as free cards, gifts and money!

We’re sorry to hear that you’ve lost your card! Simply email firstname.lastname@example.org telling them that you would like a replacement card and they will take it from there! Note there will be a fee for the new card as well as the admin fees and postage.

Yes. If you don’t want the preset rates you can adjust these to suit your store and your customers. This includes the pricing per distance rate too! Simply get in contact and speak to one of our support team – firstname.lastname@example.org. (Note: This doesn’t affect your payment plan.)
Samdai is a last-mile delivery service, so unlike other delivery providers we have set delivery times to ensure customers aren’t left disappointed when there’s no-one to deliver their package! Our delivery hours are roughly between 7am – 10pm. (Note: these times may vary slightly depending on location.)
Yes. Our independent riders and drivers are all hand-picked through a series of screening methods:
- Background checks
- Driving licence, insurance and driving history checks.
- Interview process
Samdai also gives you an added layer of protection whilst our independent drivers fulfil your service by providing insurance that covers theft and damage or loss of goods.

Ever forgot something for an event? A tie, your shoes? Samdai is a last-mile delivery service that provides the future of customer convenience. Sometimes tomorrow is too late to receive your order, that’s why we provide same day delivery from online store to door within 2 hours or less, all at the same or similar price to next day delivery!
You simply place your order from your favourite retailer like you would normally. On the checkout screen simply add your postcode to see if you’re eligible for Samdai delivery. If you are, click ‘Samdai Delivery’ the confirm order.
Once the store receives your order, they’ll begin to prep it, carefully and thoughtfully packaging it. Once your order is ready to go, a Samdai driver will pick it up and bring it to you with a big smile.
We aim to create a large mix of first-class and diverse retailers to suit our unique and varied customers. This may range from top Italian tailors to Urban Street-ware retailers. So whatever your style, there will almost always be something for you.
No. All deliveries are payed for online in the checkout page to speed up the process and give you the best experience we can. It also helps maintain a safe workplace for our drivers and riders.
We encourage stores to keep their delivery prices fixed so that everyone can afford to use our service, however, stores are able to set their own prices. This will always be displayed on the checkout screen under ‘Shipping’. If you have any questions about the pricing, please contact the store directly.
As long as your order hasn’t been collected from the store, you’ll be able to cancel your order by contacting our support team or the store directly. If we have collected your order and you want to cancel, you will have to get in contact with us through our support team. In many cases however, once shipment has started, the stores returns policy will need to be looked at in order to cancel your order.
If you won’t be at the delivery address in time for your delivery to be accepted, please let our support team know by emailing email@example.com.
If your Samdai Driver is unable to reach you, we will try and make contact with you via phone and email. Please keep an eye on your phone and emails once your order has been placed for any updates.
If we can’t reach you, as a last result, we may attempt to deliver your package to a neighbour. If this isn’t possible, your Samdai Driver will wait for up to 10 minutes before returning the order back to the store. If this happens, you’ll have to rearrange delivery with the store. Please note that you will still be charged for your attempted delivery. To prevent this from happening, it’s always a good idea to double-check your contact and address details.
Things outside of a Samdai Drivers control can sometimes cause delays. We will always try to fulfil our target to deliver within 2 hours. As soon as we are aware that this may not be possible, we will proactively call you to inform you and provide an estimated time of your delivery.
